The Landschotse Heide is characterized by the number of large lakes that provide a safe home for waterfowl and waders. In this beautiful area you can enjoy a lovely walk and enjoy the varied nature. Unfortunately, this area has not always been so peaceful: during the Second World War, the German army trained here how to bomb ships. You can still see this in certain places there are still some remainings.
